All Connections to Nozbe Are Secure

When you log in to Nozbe, all connections established are secure and encrypted using TLS, banking-level security.

Live Backups to Two Remote Locations

To ensure your data is safely backed up at all times, Nozbe servers are located in data centers in Europe and Japan in a secure environment, protected by an alarm installation, monitored seven days a week, 24 hours per day. We use Heroku, Ireland, as servers. Additional database backup is stored in encrypted form in Amazon S3 infrastructure in Paris, France. Files Users upload to Nozbe are stored in encrypted form in S3, Frankfurt, Germany, and their backup - in S3, Tokyo, Japan.

Our main database can restore any data from any moment at our customers' request.

Thanks to our advanced setup, no customer data loss is possible. We’re here to keep your tasks and projects safe and accessible to you (and only you) at all times.

What if some technologies become unavailable or old?

Nozbe products are built mainly using web technologies and as all of these are open-source and widely available, we are confident we can keep these products running on our servers indefinitely. This way we can guarantee to keep giving access to our products through both desktop- and mobile- based web browsers.

Should some app vendors like Google (Android) or Apple end support for any kind of technologies that current Nozbe products depend on, we’ll do our best to find replacements to keep our apps going.
