Nozbe for Microsoft Teams connects the place where your team talks with the place where work gets done. You can turn conversations into tasks and stay on top of your work without switching between apps.
With the Nozbe integration for Microsoft Teams, you can add new tasks and get notifications about the ones you’re already working on in Nozbe, all without leaving Teams.
With this integration, you can:
• create Nozbe tasks straight from Teams messages, so actionable things from your chats land in Nozbe, • get notified in Teams when someone assigns you a task in Nozbe or mentions you in a comment, • preview Nozbe tasks in Teams conversations and set reminders for them, • jump from a Nozbe task back to the Teams conversation it came from.
First, add the Nozbe app to Microsoft Teams. You can get it from Microsoft Marketplace, or open Teams, click Apps in the left sidebar, search for “Nozbe” and click Add.
Next, sign in with your Nozbe account to connect it with Teams.
If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) turned on, enter your one-time password.
Your Nozbe account is now linked to Microsoft Teams, and you can start creating tasks from Teams messages.
Hover over a message in a chat or channel, click the More actions button (three dots) and choose “Create task under Nozbe”. If you don’t see Nozbe there, open More actions → Apps to find it.
Now set the task’s details and add a comment. You can also pick an assignee and a project.
The new task includes a direct link to the original Teams message, so you can always go back to the conversation for context.
Once the integration is connected, the Nozbe app sends you a message in Teams when someone assigns a task to you or mentions you in a comment in Nozbe.
Click a notification to open the task right in Teams.
How to preview Nozbe tasks and set reminders in Microsoft Teams {#teams_preview}
When you paste a link to a Nozbe task in a Teams chat or channel, it shows up as a preview card with the task’s key details. Anyone in the conversation can open the task from there.
From the preview card, you can also set a reminder for the task, so you don’t lose track of it.
